The Britain, Austria, Prussia and Russia who played a crucial role in Congress of Vienna tried to prevent the another revolution in Europe. They wanted to continue and save the old political and social order which was disrupted by French Revolution. They supported to conserve the monarchy which angered many people in France as they had scarified a lot in abolishing the monarchy and bringing up revolution in France.
