Bihar Teacher Vacancy 2023 Apply

In the previous application form for the 7th Phase of Teacher Recruitment 2022, candidates were only required to indicate their CTET qualification. However, the revised application form now requires candidates to specify their CTET Score. Under the 7th Phase of Teacher Recruitment 2022, 60% of the CTET Score will be considered for candidates applying for teaching positions in Class 1-10.

The newly selected appointees will be entitled to various allowances and benefits equivalent to those provided to state government employees under the Bihar 7th Phase Teacher Vacancy Selection Process. The teachers will be categorized based on districts, and they will enjoy the same status as state employees. For higher secondary schools, teachers will be classified into subject-wise cadres.

For candidates applying for teaching positions in Classes 1-5, the Academic Score will be determined by averaging the total scores obtained in D. El. Ed, 10th, and 12th board exams. The average will be obtained by dividing the total score by 3, and 40% of the resulting Academic Score will be considered for the 7th Phase of Teacher Recruitment 2023. Similarly, for candidates applying for classes 6-10, the Academic Score will be determined by averaging the total scores obtained in B. Ed and Graduation. The average will be obtained by dividing the total score by 2, and 40% of the resulting Academic Score will be considered for the 7th Phase of Teacher Recruitment 2023.
