How to take admission after selection in OFSS Merit List 2023?
स्टूडेंट अगर प्रथम मेरिट लिस्ट(First Merit List) में सेलेक्ट होते हैं तो उनके लिए सूचना पत्र (Intimation Letter) जारी किया जायेगा । इस सूचना पत्र को समिति के वेबसाइट ww.ofssbihar.in से इंटर का मेरिट (Inter Merit List) लिस्ट डाउनलोड करेंगे । सूचना पत्र डाउनलोड करने के लिए आवेदक अपना यूजर आई डी एवं पासवर्ड (User ID & Password) से लॉग इन करके प्राप्त कर सकते हैं । जैसे ही मेरिट लिस्ट लिस्ट जारी होगी तो सभी कैंडिडेट को उनके रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नंबर या ईमेल आई डी के द्वारा सूचना भी भेजा जायेगा ।
प्रथम चयन सूची एवं कट ऑफ लिस्ट (First Merit List & Cut Off List) के आधार पर स्टूडेंट अपना नामांकन करने के लिए सूचना पत्र का प्रिंट आउट (Print Out of Intimation Letter) निकाल कर सूचना पत्र में दिए गये स्कूल/कॉलेज में जाकर वहां के प्रधान से मिलेंगे एवं निर्धारित तिथि के अन्दर प्रधान के द्वारा बताए गये जरूरी डॉक्यूमेंट (Required Documents) लगाकर स्टूडेंट्स ऑफलाइन जमा करेंगे एवं जो एडमिशन फी है वो जमा करेंगे । फिर स्कूल / कॉलेज के प्रधान द्वारा ववव ॉस्बीहार इन मेरिट लिस्ट 2023 पर विद्यालय अपने यूजर आईडी और पासवर्ड डालकर स्टूडेंट्स को वेरीफाई कर के नामांकन कार्य को पूरा करेंगे ।

3rd मेरिट लिस्ट (Third Merit List) में नामांकन (Admission) के लिए तिथि से 31 July से 03 July 2023 तक निर्धारित है अर्थात इन्ही तिथि के अन्दर एडमिशन कराना अनिवार्य है । अगर कोई स्टूडेंट दिए गये अवधि के अन्दर नामांकन नहीं कराते हैं तो ऐसे स्टूडेंट का नामांकन रद्द (Admission Cancel) हो जायेगा एवं अगली किसी भी सूचि (Inter Selection List 2023) में भी नाम नहीं आएगा ।
How to Change College / School by Slide Up Option?
बहुत सारे स्टूडेंट्स ऐसे है जो इंटर फर्स्ट मेरिट लिस्ट में चयन होते हैं लेकिन वो उस चयनित स्कूल या कॉलेज में नामांकन नहीं कराना चाहते है तो बोर्ड ने इसके लिए भी एक आप्शन दिया है जिसे स्लाइड अप प्रक्रिया (Slide Up Option) कहते हैं । अगर कोई छात्र -छात्रा दिए गये कॉलेज या स्कूल बदलना चाहते है तो वो स्लाइड उप प्रक्रिया को अपना सकते हैं ।
इस स्लाइड अप प्रक्रिया में आवेदक कोई नया कॉलेज / स्कूल नहीं बदल सकते हैं और न ही कोई स्कूल जोड़ सकते हैं । इंटरमीडिएट मेरिट लिस्ट (Intermediate merit list) के लिए स्लाइड अप प्रक्रिया में आवेदक के द्वारा पहले से चुना गया स्कूल या कॉलेज के पसंद (Preference) को बदल सकते हैं ।
जैसे आपने जिस स्कूल में नामांकन कराना चाहा था उस कॉलेज का नाम सबसे ऊपर डाला होगा लेकिन उस स्कूल में 11वीं मेरिट लिस्ट में नाम नहीं आया और सबसे निचले वाले में आ गया तो आप स्लाइड अप प्रोसेस के तहत पहले से सेलेक्ट किए गये महाविद्यालय का नाम ऊपर निचे कर सकते हैं । उसके बाद द्वितीय मेरिट लिस्ट (Second 2nd Merit List Bihar Board 2023) जारी होगी उसमें नाम आने की संभावना रहती है ।
